All deliveries will be made by the method of your choice in
the checkout section of the shopping cart, by mail or by courier, and direct
to the delivery address you provided.

Insurance is not included in the shipping. Buyers
will be at their own risk for the lost or damage of the goods.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duty and tax at the Customs
of their countries if applicable.
All products are covered by the manufacture's
warranty, mobile phones, MP3 players, MP4 players, binoculars 12 months,
batteries and chargers 6 months, and headsets 3 months unless otherwise specified.
The period of a warranty varies from item to item.
All products are fully tested and recorded.
Replacement or refund is guaranteed if the product is in faulty or is different
from its description. The buyer should notice us and send it back within
3 days after receiving it. If the buyer just changes his/her mind or the
product does not suit the buyer after the purchase, ePower does not have
to give the refund to the buyer. Please choose carefully.
If a product requires repair during the warranty
period, the buyer is responsible for returning the product (or the defective
component) to ePower or ePower appointed company for repair. Any damage to
the product caused by the buyer’s improper packaging will be the buyer’s
liability.
On arrival, the defected product will be tested.
If a fault is found, the product will be repaired and will be sent back to
the buyer free of charge. If ePower does not find any fault in the product,
then ePower may send it to the supplier for further testing. If a fault is
found, the supplier repairs the product and sends it back to the buyer free
of charge. If there is no fault found at this stage, the buyer will be charged
for all the cost of this test including any international freight if applicable.
Once the payment is received the product will be sent back to the customer. |
