This is an online shop of ePower Inc. (ePower or we for short). It supplies modern computers, mobile phones, MP3 players, MP4/video players and other electronics. All trades subject to the following conditions. If you shop at ePower, you accept these conditions.

Delivery

All deliveries will be made by the method of your choice in the checkout section of the shopping cart, by mail or by courier, and direct to the delivery address you provided.

The following delivery methods are used which vary from item to item and are GST exclusive.

Free delivery nationwide (for Satellite Kits only)

Parcel Post within New Zealand 2-4 days (NZ$4.5 first item, NZ$1 each additional)

Track & Trace Courier within New Zealand 1-2 days (NZ$6 to NZ$10 first item, NZ$1 to NZ$3.4 each additional)

Signature Request Courier within New Zealand 1-2 days (NZ$14.5 first item, NZ$3.5 to NZ$4.5 each additional)

International Air: Zone A - Australia (NZ$18.50 first item, NZ$6.00 each additional)

International Air: Zone B - South Pacific (NZ$30.50 first item, NZ$10.00 each additional)

International Air: Zone C - East Asia & North America (NZ$39.50 first item, NZ$13.00 each additional)

International Air: Zone D - UK & Europe (NZ$43.90 first item, NZ$14.00 each additional)

International Air: Zone E - Rest of World (NZ$46.50 first item, NZ$15.00 each additional)

Insurance is not included in the shipping. Buyers will be at their own risk for the lost or damage of the goods.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any duty and tax at the Customs of their countries if applicable.

Currency

By default, all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars. GST of 12.5% will be added for New Zealand customers when checkout.

We accept following payment options.

Bank transfer/deposit -- For New Zealand residents only

Cheque -- For New Zealand residents only

Credit Card/PayPal -- Payment will be handled by PayPal's secure system with the surcharge of 4% of the total cost.

The detailed information about the payment will be provided in the confirmation page of your order. When you have completed your online order, an Order Process email will be sent to the email address you registered at ePower. It also includes the detailed payment information. Goods will not be shipped until clearance of the full payment. An invoice will be posted to you after the purchase.

Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacture's warranty, mobile phones, MP3 players, MP4 players, binoculars 12 months, batteries and chargers 6 months, and headsets 3 months unless otherwise specified. The period of a warranty varies from item to item.

All products are fully tested and recorded. Replacement or refund is guaranteed if the product is in faulty or is different from its description. The buyer should notice us and send it back within 3 days after receiving it. If the buyer just changes his/her mind or the product does not suit the buyer after the purchase, ePower does not have to give the refund to the buyer. Please choose carefully.

If a product requires repair during the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for returning the product (or the defective component) to ePower or ePower appointed company for repair. Any damage to the product caused by the buyer’s improper packaging will be the buyer’s liability.

On arrival, the defected product will be tested. If a fault is found, the product will be repaired and will be sent back to the buyer free of charge. If ePower does not find any fault in the product, then ePower may send it to the supplier for further testing. If a fault is found, the supplier repairs the product and sends it back to the buyer free of charge. If there is no fault found at this stage, the buyer will be charged for all the cost of this test including any international freight if applicable. Once the payment is received the product will be sent back to the customer.

ePower does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from ePower are free of viruses or other harmful components. ePower will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to ePower. To better serve our customers, ePower securely gathers the customer's information during their voluntary registration. The users are asked to input an email address and password, first name, last name, Phone Number, Post code, country, and other information. Users also have the option to subscribe/unsubscribe to electronic newsletters of ePower. ePower will not share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.

Cookies

ePower uses cookies to track user ID to identify you anonymously in our database and to track the pages you visit on our site. Cookies also enable you to enter ePower online shop as a member and to visit member-restricted areas of the sites.
